1. Purchased Credits and Refund Policy
All purchases of digital credits, subscription plans, or scans within Flyt (getflyt.co) are final.
No Refunds: Purchased credits and monthly fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, regardless of whether they have been used or remain unused in your account.
Expiration: Flyt reserves the right to set expiration dates on promotional or free credits, while paid credits will remain active as long as your account is in good standing.
2. Limitation of Liability and Tenant Conflicts
Flyt is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that facilitates communication, digital signatures, and information sharing between hosts (users) and their guests/tenants.
No Responsibility for Tenant Disputes: Flyt is not a rental platform, property management company, or legal representative. Any dispute, conflict, property damage, or disagreement that arises between a host and a guest/tenant is strictly a private matter between those two parties.
Platform Escalation: Any formal disputes regarding bookings, payouts, damages, or behavioral violations must be handled directly on the respective booking platform where the reservation was made (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) or through the host's private insurance provider. Flyt will not mediate, participate in, or take responsibility for these conflicts.
3. Financial and General Disclaimer
No Financial Liability: Under no circumstances shall Flyt, its founders, or its affiliates be held financially or legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage caused by guests, loss of rental income, fines from local authorities or homeownership associations (HOAs), or router/network technical issues.
Accuracy of AI and Information: While our AI-powered host assistant strives to provide accurate translations and information based on the manual you upload, Flyt does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses. The host retains full responsibility for ensuring that their property rules and guides are accurate and compliant with local laws.
