My name is Johan Forsberg, an entrepreneur based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Like many of you, I spent years hiring salespeople from CVs and polished interviews. And like many of you, I watched confident candidates fall apart on their first real cold call. The interview measured how well someone talks about selling — not whether they can sell.

Beyond the wasted interviews, there was the cost. A mis-hired seller burns six months of ramp, a territory and a manager's patience. And the screening itself ate days: 300 applicants, one role, and no fair way to compare them.

I built Getflyt because I believe hiring decisions should be based on evidence, not charisma. Every candidate should get the same fair shot at the same tough prospect — and every hiring manager should be able to point at the exact line in the transcript that made the call.
