1.Acceptance
By creating a Getflyt account or using the service at getflyt.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2.Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Getflyt.
3.Your data stays yours
Candidate recordings, transcripts and scores belong to you. We process them only to run and score your simulations, and you can delete them at any time from your dashboard.
4.Acceptable use
You must not use Getflyt to distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious or sexually exploitative content, or to send unsolicited bulk communication.
5.Payments
Plan subscriptions (Starter, Pro) run on Stripe and are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
6.Free plan
The Free plan includes 5 AI sales simulations and every feature in the product. No credit card is required.
7.Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect are engaged in fraud or abuse.
8.Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
